Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic lead on-camera presenter to represent our premium global brand and shape our online and marketing presence. This role involves fronting diverse content formats ranging from viral short-form videos to in-depth YouTube productions. Additionally, the role includes a secondary dimension in either hands-on content production or strategic marketing. This position offers potential pathways into broader marketing responsibilities beyond on-camera work as the YouTube channel and overall content strategy expand.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary on-camera face for Mous content across all platforms and formats.
Participate actively in production shoots including modelling and stunt performances, responding effectively to creative direction and feedback.
Contribute either through direct content creation (ideation, scripting, self-filming) or by applying strategic marketing skills (communications strategy, copywriting, customer insights, ecommerce and retention focus).
Collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, Content Production, Creative Strategy, Product, Engineering teams, and directly with the CEO on flagship content projects.
Help develop and refine content formats and franchises to support audience growth and content scaling on YouTube.

Success Metrics

Rapidly establish credibility as a leading on-screen personality internally and with our audience.
Deliver captivating presentations across a broad spectrum of content styles and lengths.
Develop and maintain a strong secondary skillset in either content creation or marketing strategy complementary to presenting duties.
Reduce on-screen presence needs of senior executives by becoming the recognizable face of Mous content.

Required Skills and Qualities

Highly engaging presence on camera, able to command attention and convey authority.
Proven experience with both short-form video formats (such as Reels or TikTok) and longer YouTube videos.
Ability to simplify and explain complex topics in an appealing manner.
Strong secondary expertise in either content creation processes (idea generation, scripting, filming) or strategic marketing including communication strategy and customer insight.
Excellent screen credibility and comfort performing in front of cameras during varied shoot environments.
Adaptable to feedback, quick to implement improvements.
Self-motivated with the initiative to define and grow the secondary aspect of the role independently.

Desirable Attributes

Prior audience or creator following.
Skills in video editing or production.
Familiarity with consumer technology or direct-to-consumer business models.
