Role overview
The position is for a Process Improvement / SOPs Evaluator who will review AI-generated work using domain-specific quality standards, identify issues, and deliver clear written feedback. The role is remote and structured as a contract engagement.
What you will do
- Review AI-produced outputs against detailed quality guidelines for the subject area.
- Spot inaccuracies, design problems, and presentation issues in the material.
- Write feedback that is precise, organized, and easy to act on.
- Work with subject matter experts to maintain consistency and high standards.
- Manage tasks independently in an asynchronous setup while meeting deadlines.
Required qualifications
Candidates should bring at least 5 years of professional experience in process improvement or SOPs. Strong English fluency, either native or professional, is required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is also necessary, with particular emphasis on Slides.
Preferred background
A Master’s degree or higher from a well-regarded institution is preferred.
Compensation
The pay range for this contract role is $80 to $120 per hour.
