Process Specialist / Contracts Specialist - Immediate Joiners

Overview

This position involves collaboration with a UK-based international energy company. The specialist will be tasked with examining submitted documentation, ensuring all necessary proof is complete, and handling changes promptly and accurately. When needed, outbound communication with customers or third parties will be conducted to confirm details or request additional information to resolve matters efficiently. The job demands meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a strong customer service orientation to ensure precise and timely delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer service, back office, and voice process tasks, drawing on 1 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Validate and process tenancy change requests, contracts, and documentation for B2B energy clients, guaranteeing accurate customer liability tracking and billing correctness.
• Employ analytical thinking to diagnose problems, propose solutions, and implement effective fixes.
• Execute professional outbound calls to collect tenancy change details.
• Maintain high precision and attention to detail in all activities.
• Develop strong interpersonal skills to establish credibility and foster positive working relationships.
• Organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, thriving under pressure.
• Adapt flexibly and multitask in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
• Candidates with experience in the energy industry, telecom billing, or utilities sectors will be preferred.
