Product Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to work on a contract basis, contributing remotely. This role involves defining and managing the product roadmap, collaborating with various stakeholders and development teams to align product features with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the product roadmap in partnership with stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Collect and prioritize customer needs to ensure product development matches strategic objectives.
• Manage the full lifecycle of product features from initial concepts through to launch and ongoing enhancements.
• Drive agile product development processes utilizing tools like Jira and Linear.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, effectively sharing project vision, progress updates, and priorities.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to shape strategic product decisions and ensure differentiation.
• Track product performance metrics to foster continuous improvements and enhance user satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Product Manager in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Strong proficiency with product management software, particularly Jira and Linear.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with great attention to detail.
• Skilled at collaborating effectively with remote and distributed teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated success in delivering products from concept through to market launch.
• Experience working closely with engineers, product designers, and various stakeholders.

Compensation and Commitment

This contractor position offers a pay range between $40 and $80 per hour, with a weekly workload of 10 to 40 hours, entirely remote.
