Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager experienced in AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) to spearhead strategy and execution on our Product Experience Management platform. This role involves leveraging AI to accelerate product innovation, improve quality, and optimize customer results by automating workflows and enhancing data quality at scale. This hybrid position requires two days per week onsite at our Bangalore office.

Responsibilities

• Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements, producing proof of concepts, prototypes, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to refine stories and iterate on prototypes throughout release cycles.
• Represent business interests during development, testing, and product releases to ensure alignment with needs.
• Create business analysis deliverables including rules and process flows to clarify requirements.
• Coordinate messaging and promotion efforts with other departments prior to launches.
• Conduct internal and external product training, develop documentation, and onboard internal staff and clients on new features.
• Maintain clarity and consistency in project scope, business constraints, and execution plans.
• Design AI-driven product processes to advance projects efficiently.
• Drive advancements in AI and autonomous agents to enhance and expedite the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of product management experience with enterprise SaaS products.
• Proficiency in AI-Driven Development Lifecycles, applying AI throughout discovery, design, delivery, and optimization phases.
• Proven ability to define, launch, and scale AI-enabled features, automation workflows, recommendation systems, or agents.
• Practical experience with generative AI and large language model (LLM) tools to streamline workflows and improve decision-making.
• In-depth knowledge of AI product patterns such as LLMs, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), AI agents, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Skill in identifying and translating automation opportunities into measurable customer/business benefits.
• Data-driven approach, experienced in defining success metrics, assessing AI outcomes, and driving continuous improvements.
• Strong communication skills to produce clear, actionable product requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-team leadership without direct authority.
• Familiarity with PIM, PXM, DAM, Syndication, eCommerce, retail, CPG, manufacturing, or distribution sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
