Product Manager

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Product Managers to join our team remotely. This role involves working with a dynamic team that supports B2B clients and startup ventures in incubation. Interns are encouraged to apply for these multiple openings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all facets of an agile product team, including backlog grooming, prioritization, issue triage, and cross-functional coordination.
• Define the development scope for new features and ongoing improvements, managing backlog and project activities effectively.
• Create and prioritize detailed user stories and set clear acceptance criteria.
• Build and sustain strong credibility with both internal team members and external partners.
• Break down complex challenges analytically and leverage data combined with user research to steer product direction.
• Monitor progress, evaluate risks, coordinate deliveries, and communicate contingency or mitigation plans clearly.
• Conduct various ad hoc research and business analysis to identify opportunities and address risks.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of three years' hands-on experience in software product management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Comfortable working with SQL or spreadsheet tools to evaluate data and able to gather insights through customer and team interactions.
• Strong proficiency in using data for decision-making and synthesizing insights.
• Capability to design user-centric solutions employing creativity and data-driven methodology.
• Competence in creating wireframes and mockups, prioritizing simplicity.
• Detail-oriented with a stringent quality focus when developing user stories, reviewing design concepts, exploring technical options, and testing releases.
• A humble mindset eager to learn and contribute towards collective success.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience applying agile methodologies in globally distributed teams, thriving in a rapid-paced, international environment.
• Proven ability to be a high-impact individual contributor, playing a critical role beyond directing others.
