Job Summary

This product manager role supports remote work eligibility in select states across the US and requires occasional travel to the Tulsa, Oklahoma corporate office. The key responsibility is directing the full lifecycle of digital products to deliver measurable value by collaborating across business, operations, and technology divisions.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the product vision, strategic roadmap, and associated success metrics that align with organizational objectives.
Construct business cases rooted in customer input, market trends, operational insights, and financial data.
Track product usage, effectiveness, and business impacts to refine ongoing strategy.
Engage with stakeholders to uncover opportunities, diagnose issues, and prioritize product-related initiatives based on user research and workflow analysis.
Assess systems holistically to identify cross-domain dependencies, risks, and optimization paths, including build versus buy decisions for sustainable value.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including product owners, analysts, developers, operations, and finance to transition concepts from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring impactful business outcomes.
Drive alignment and communicate complex information effectively with diverse internal groups, influencing decisions through evidence-based analysis and fostering organizational change readiness.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines; advanced degrees like MBA or MS preferred.
Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience with a degree or 12 years without.
At least 5 years in product management, strategic planning or innovation roles in software products, including 3 years as agile Product Owner or Product Manager within scrum teams.
Extensive IT domain experience across multiple areas such as applications development, enterprise architecture, project and vendor management, quality assurance, infrastructure, and support.
Familiarity with large-scale agile methodologies like SAFe is advantageous.
Preferably knowledge in automated data mining and oil & gas sector experience.
Proven ability to translate business and functional requirements into user stories and use cases with acceptance criteria.
Technical aptitude in software development and web technologies; hands-on expertise with Atlassian Suite, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics, Figma, and/or InVision.
Experience leading digital product teams or serving in Agile Scrum roles such as Product Owner.

Some travel required; potential assignment of company vehicle with appropriate license.

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this role is $116,000 to $174,000 annually.
