Product Manager – Mobile Apps

Role Overview

This position, based in the United Arab Emirates, involves overseeing the full development cycle of mobile applications to enhance user engagement and propel business growth. As a Product Manager specializing in mobile apps, you will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to turn strategic goals into tangible product initiatives, delivering high-quality features from inception to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product lifecycle including ideation, roadmap planning, development, launch, and continuous optimization post-release.
• Work in close partnership with engineering, UX, and marketing departments to efficiently introduce superior mobile functionalities.
• Convert business goals and customer requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and prioritized development tasks.
• Evaluate user behavior and product metrics to find ways to boost engagement, retention, and revenue generation.
• Simplify complex product challenges into actionable plans while ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Proactively identify potential risks and obstacles, challenge unclear requirements, and facilitate the smooth progression of product initiatives.
• Track product performance after deployment, measure results, and improve based on feedback and business success.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical area.
• Between 2 to 5 years experience in product management, ideally focused on mobile app products.
• Strong technical background with effective collaboration skills for software engineering and user experience teams.
• Proven track record of delivering product features that realize significant business and user benefits.
• Familiarity with product analytics and project management tools such as Amplitude, Firebase, and Jira or alternatives.
• Fluency in Arabic with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding analytical capabilities, structured problem-solving skills, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to clearly explain complex ideas, positively challenge assumptions, and take full responsibility for product delivery.
