Product Manager

About the Role

We seek a driven Product Owner / Product Manager with over four years of relevant experience in Finance, Recruitment (HR Technology), or Healthcare sectors. This position, based in Hyderabad and requiring on-site presence, demands a professional ready to take ownership of the entire product lifecycle and collaborate closely with multiple teams to deliver impactful digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle from initial discovery through delivery and ongoing enhancements.
• Collect, analyze, and prioritize business needs from stakeholders and end-users.
• Develop and oversee product roadmaps, write user stories, epics, and define acceptance criteria.
• Work alongside engineering, UX/UI, QA, and business teams to enable successful product launches.
• Lead Agile and Scrum ceremonies to ensure timely progression of product development.
• Track product performance, gather user feedback, and analyze market trends to uncover opportunities for improvement.
• Set success metrics and leverage data to drive enhancements in product outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to applicable industry regulations and standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 4 years experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a comparable role.
• Domain expertise in at least one of the following: Finance (such as Banking, Payments, Lending, Insurance, FinTech), Recruitment/HR Tech (including ATS, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management, HR Platforms), or Healthcare (EHR/EMR, Patient Management, Clinical Workflows).
• Proven practical knowledge of Agile and Scrum working models.
• Strong skills in stakeholder communication and management.
• Experience authoring user stories, managing product backlogs, and defining clear product specifications.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, AWS, DevOps, or equivalents.
• Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in SaaS or enterprise software product environments.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements pertinent to Finance, Recruitment, or Healthcare sectors.
• Experience with APIs, software integrations, data analytics, and cloud-based platforms.
• Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, Pragmatic Institute, or SAFe are advantageous.
