Production Manager - Frames and Wall Decorations

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Production Manager for our Frames and Wall Decoration department. This full-time onsite position requires oversight of the entire production cycle, from order initiation to final delivery, emphasizing meticulous coordination and communication across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and dispatch order requests to vendors; verify order specifics including any back orders.
• Enter purchase orders into the management system and distribute them accordingly to vendors.
• Update and maintain cost sheet information within the Purchase Order system accurately.
• Manage and track the Time and Action calendar ensuring adherence to production milestones per order and product category.
• Collaborate with Sales, Art, and Product Development teams to ensure shipments are completed on schedule according to order requirements.
• Review and approve packaging designs and carton labelings.
• Monitor production progress closely, identifying and resolving any delays proactively.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all order details.
• Promote effective cross-functional communication to facilitate smooth workflow and execution.
• Execute additional related assignments as needed.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

A Bachelor’s degree (BA or BFA) in Fashion Merchandising or a related discipline is required, accompanied by over three years of relevant industry experience.
