Production Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a Production Manager to oversee and manage interior production operations effectively in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. The role involves planning production schedules, verifying technical documents before manufacturing, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans aligning with project timelines.
• Review approved 2D drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cut lists, and production requirements prior to initiating production activities.
• Assign tasks to machine operators, carpenters, helpers, and other factory personnel.
• Continuously monitor production progress on a daily basis to ensure adherence to schedules.
• Ensure timely completion of projects by prioritizing production in accordance with site installation schedules.
• Collaborate with 2D designers and the Design & Execution Manager for seamless coordination.
• Verify all production-related drawings, dimensions, materials, finishing details, and hardware before manufacturing commences.
• Cross-check cut lists before dispatching them for manufacturing to prevent errors.
• Detect and address any discrepancies in drawings or measurements ahead of material cutting to avoid production defects.
