Program Director - Transformational Leadership

Overview

The organization seeks a senior Program Director to lead the Enterprise Solutions Units (ESU) Consulting Practice focused on transformational leadership. This role involves comprehensive planning, execution, and management of extensive, complex transformation initiatives, ensuring effective delivery throughout the lifecycle. The position includes oversight of multiple transformational projects such as ERP implementations and enhancements to business processes, with responsibility for coordinating timelines, resources, and capacity management.

Key Responsibilities

The individual will maintain accountability for program-level status monitoring including metrics, risks, and deliverables by applying extensive business and technical proficiency. Leadership and communication capabilities are essential to engage with stakeholders, including direct influence at the executive (C-suite) level. The role also entails business development activities such as proposal creation, thought leadership production, and representing the organization at relevant industry forums to solidify its status as a trusted transformation advisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience delivering large-scale, global business transformation programs with a strong grasp of the associated business value and objectives.
• Proficiency in communicating in business terms, guiding clients to appropriate SAP solutions, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
• History of leading sales initiatives and business development opportunities.
• Hands-on experience managing functional streams within projects.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to foster and sustain robust client relationships.
• Record of directing at least five full life cycle ERP implementations involving multiple modules including Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse.
• Minimum ten years of prior experience in transformational ERP consulting or a related industry field.
• At least six years experience in proposal development and business case creation.
• Proven capabilities in facilitating various high-level meetings such as steering committees and project management team sessions.
• Experience managing teams exceeding 20 members with responsibility for project estimation and planning.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% as required by the role.
