The Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego seeks a full-time Program Production Associate at the La Jolla location.   • Liaise with multiple internal departments to communicate and report critical program metrics and ensure accurate tracking.
  • Oversee program budgets and ticketing systems to optimize resource use, maintain costs within limits, and generate revenue where feasible.
  • Adhere to museum protocols to guarantee positive experiences for both the museum and its partners.
  • Work with Marketing Communications and other units to ensure timely promotion of programs.
  • Contribute to audience growth strategies, visitor loyalty enhancement, and the museum's reputation through continuous data assessment and cross-department collaboration.
