Role Summary
We are adding a full-time, remote Project Coordinator Intern to aid in resolving reporting discrepancies for a logistics client whose financial data alignment issues span multiple departments. The role focuses on monitoring project progress, organizing documentation, facilitating communication, and supporting consultants to ensure a unified and efficient project flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Track project timelines and update progress within internal tools as milestones are achieved.
- Assist in creating and organizing clear, user-friendly configuration documentation for clients.
- Schedule and document internal meetings with actionable, solution-oriented notes addressing technical challenges.
- Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date project documentation reflecting ongoing system modifications.
- Compile and prepare regular status updates highlighting progress and possible risks.
- Gather training resources and finalize system guides to support project handover.
- Ensure consistent application of a single source of truth for financial data throughout the project.
- Manage communication to prevent redundant efforts across various work streams.
Candidate Profile
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Information Systems, or Project Management.
- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks without compromising attention.
- Proficiency with spreadsheet applications and general productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Strong written communication skills with an interest in producing clear, useful documentation.
- Professional, accountable work ethic suited for independent remote work.
- Genuine curiosity about financial and reporting mechanisms in large organizations.
- Reliable internet connectivity and capability to collaborate across time zones.
- Preference for straightforward communication avoiding corporate jargon.
