Project Director

Role Overview

Lead the comprehensive delivery of large-scale construction projects, managing all disciplines and workstreams effectively to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion of complex developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct entire project delivery from initiation through completion across multiple technical and operational areas.
• Administer FIDIC contracts alongside handling all commercial aspects and claims associated with the projects.
• Supervise project controls including program scheduling, risk mitigation strategies, and reporting frameworks.
• Maintain and nurture robust stakeholder relationships at various levels including clients, authorities, and contractors.
• Champion the execution of large, giga-scale developments ensuring alignment with time and financial targets.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• More than 20 years of hands-on experience in leading significant construction projects.
• At least 10 years in senior leadership capacities such as Project Director, Construction Director, or Delivery Director.
• Demonstrable success in managing high-rise buildings, mixed-use developments, stadiums, hospitality, commercial, or giga-project ventures.
• Extensive expertise in FIDIC contracts, commercial management, stakeholder engagement, and project control methodologies.
• Experience with mega projects in GCC countries or specifically in Saudi Arabia is highly advantageous.
