Role Summary

As the Quality Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with regional operations and clinical teams to spearhead quality improvement and compliance efforts across our care centres in the Wellington region. You will influence standards, nurture a culture focused on continuous enhancement, and embed safe, person-centred clinical care practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with facility teams to execute quality strategies consistent with organizational goals.
• Support and propel continuous quality improvement initiatives within care centres.
• Ensure compliance with aged care and healthcare regulations while addressing emerging risks promptly.
• Analyze clinical data to produce actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
• Deliver coaching, education, and support to enhance frontline clinical capabilities.
• Lead clinical governance activities aimed at improving safety and minimizing care variability.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for maintaining high standards in clinical excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

• Current Registered Nurse Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Public Health, or related disciplines; postgraduate qualifications in Quality or Education are highly preferred.
• At least five years of experience in healthcare quality or clinical governance roles.
• Strong knowledge of aged care standards, accreditation procedures, and risk management practices.
• Experience in consultancy or business partner roles is advantageous.
• Proficient data analysis skills and a passion for applying insights to drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to achieving measurable improvements.
