This role involves developing Automated Test Equipment (ATE) programs, designing test hardware, and creating bench evaluation setups for analog, digital, and power semiconductor devices. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product launches and continuous improvement of testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and optimize ATE test programs, test hardware, and evaluation boards for semiconductor devices including analog, digital, and power types.
- Investigate and implement new testing techniques aimed at enhancing coverage and minimizing test durations.
- Collaborate closely with multifunctional groups to align with new product release timelines.
