Role Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in, registration, and check-out processes.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date guest accounts while providing accurate information.
- Respond promptly and courteously to all guest requests during their stay.
- Exemplify outstanding customer service to colleagues and guests alike.
- Facilitate clear communication between guests and various hotel departments.
- Professionally handle incoming telephone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Adhere to strict security protocols to safeguard guest confidentiality and safety.
- Securely manage room keys, personal guest data, and credit card transactions.
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently.
- Enhance sales prospects through positive guest engagement.
- Document guest messages and internal communications meticulously.
- Update guest and hotel accounts with all relevant charges correctly.
- Ensure hotel equipment is well maintained and appropriately used.
- Support the Food & Beverage team when required.
- Comply with fire and evacuation procedures.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Address guest concerns with effective solutions and escalate serious issues to the Manager on Duty.
- Consistently strive for complete customer satisfaction through proactive service.
Qualifications and Additional Requirements
There is no specific educational qualification required. Fluency in English is essential to provide the best guest experience.
