Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service, building rapport and surpassing their expectations.
• Manage efficient reception operations including check-in/out and required auditing procedures.
• Proactively address and resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively.

Role Requirements

• Commitment to full-time work with rotating shifts including weekends.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Natural skill in promoting the Diamond Coast Hotel experience.
• Confidence, pleasant demeanor, and professional appearance.
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy environment.
• Experience with revenue management systems is advantageous.
