About the Role

Tesla seeks an enthusiastic High Volume Recruiter to support talent acquisition across manufacturing, service, energy, skilled trades, internships, and other high-throughput hiring teams. This role demands expertise in identifying, attracting, and assessing candidates while fostering strong partnerships with business units and HR. Success in this position requires adaptability, efficient project management, and influential communication. This position is based in Palo Alto, CA, with potential at the Fremont, CA office.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs, advise on recruitment strategies, and assist in workforce planning.
• Evaluate both internal and external applications, conduct passive candidate searches, and interview to determine suitability and skills while serving as a consultative recruitment partner.
• Design and implement effective strategies to build and sustain a strong talent pipeline across multiple roles and locations.
• Manage time and resources efficiently, providing regular updates to business partners and utilizing data to inform decisions.
• Employ diverse methods to discover, attract, and engage candidates creatively, particularly during initial outreach.
• Maintain expert knowledge of recruiting processes, tools, and workflows within a dynamic and evolving environment.

Candidate Qualifications

• At least two years of recruiting experience in a high-volume or fast-paced setting, whether corporate or agency-based.
• Proven ability to source, screen, and close candidates across several job openings simultaneously.
• Track record of delivering a superior experience to both candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey the importance of Tesla's roles to potential candidates.
• Exceptional organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks under dynamic conditions.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruitment documentation.
• Demonstrated relationship management capabilities, ideally combining corporate and agency recruitment experience.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range from $64,000 to $258,000 plus cash and stock awards, subject to factors such as location and experience.
