Randstad Ltd, a recruitment and hiring company, is seeking candidates for two positions based in Gurugram: Relationship Manager - Tele Sales and Relationship Manager - Apprentice/Trainee/Internship.

Position Details and Compensation

• Relationship Manager – Tele Sales: Salary up to ₹350,000 per annum plus incentives; suitable for freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience; educational preference is B.Com, MBA Finance, or finance-related background; requires excellent English communication and customer handling abilities.
• Relationship Manager – Apprentice: Fixed salary up to ₹18,000 per month; targeted at fresh graduates or recent college pass outs; graduate qualification preferred; good English communication skills essential.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer calls to understand their loan requirements carefully.
• Facilitate loan applications end-to-end, from sourcing the customer to processing through disbursement.
• Clarify loan procedures and necessary documentation to customers clearly.
• Collaborate effectively with Credit, Risk, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure seamless processing.
• Meet and exceed sales goals to earn appealing incentives.
• Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers by providing outstanding service.
