Key Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve sales targets focused on life insurance offerings.
• Engage in regular performance review meetings with the Area Manager on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Utilize a customer-centric, need-based sales approach when positioning products.
• Maintain diligent follow-up on leads obtained from the telecaller base to ensure prompt deal closures.
• Strictly comply with all company policies and procedural guidelines.
• Commit to personal and professional growth by attending technical, product-related, and skill enhancement training sessions.
• Take ownership of customer concerns, resolving issues fully and ensuring closure.
• Meet with clients as required to address and solve any problems.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Organize events aimed at nurturing new and enduring customer relationships.
• Attend ongoing training to stay updated with product and service advancements.
