Role Overview

The Remote Vehicle Operator acts as the operational eyes and hands for Moove's autonomous and manned vehicles in Dubai. This pivotal role involves monitoring live rides, responding to remote assistance needs, and ensuring rides are conducted safely and efficiently. Operators work on a rotating shift schedule to provide continuous 24/7 support across the fleet through Moove's remote assistance platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee live vehicle operations and promptly respond to remote assistance requests following established protocols
• Resolve issues independently or escalate unresolved matters to appropriate team leads and track until resolved
• Identify recurring patterns or anomalies in vehicle behavior or system performance and report them systematically
• Compile and organize incident reports and feedback for communication with relevant teams
• Support customer service by facilitating communication and follow-up tasks as needed
• Assist with testing and provide feedback on remote assistance and customer service tools

Shift Details

The role requires working in shifts with timings coordinated by the line manager, adjusting based on operational demands.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education: High school diploma or higher, field of study open
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and digital communication platforms
• Fluent in English, Arabic skills are an advantage
• Demonstrates calmness, strong situational awareness, and resilience under pressure
• Quick learner capable of adapting to new systems and features rapidly
• Willingness to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment
• Valid UAE driving license with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Clean driving record with no major violations, black points, DUI, or serious accidents in the last 12 months

Indicators of Success

• Timely and accurate handling of remote assistance requests
• Effective escalation and tracking of operational issues until closure
• Submission of operational reports with insightful observations punctually
• Maintaining zero safety incidents during shifts

Working Environment

You will report directly to the Remote Operator Lead and collaborate closely with the Remote Operations Team, joining a collaborative and innovative group dedicated to disrupting vehicle ownership and promoting financial independence.
