Research Associate

Overview

Bolder BioTechnology is looking for Research Associates experienced in laboratory practices related to cell culture, bioassays, protein analysis, and microbial fermentation. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational abilities along with effective written and verbal communication skills. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline is mandatory.

Responsibilities and Skills

The role involves working in diverse laboratory procedures including cell culture maintenance, conducting cell bioassays, performing ELISAs and flow cytometry analyses. Additional responsibilities include protein characterization employing HPLC techniques, SDS-PAGE, peptide mapping, purification of proteins, and E. coli fermentation protocols.
