Role Overview
As a Retail Assistant Manager at Venus Beauty in Singapore, you will lead and supervise a team of retail assistants to ensure the store operates efficiently. You are responsible for driving sales within your product category, managing inventory and housekeeping, and maintaining attractive merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee retail assistants to maintain smooth store operations.
- Manage sales targets for designated product categories.
- Handle inventory control, store cleanliness, and merchandising displays.
- Deliver excellent customer service by assisting customers, keeping merchandise stocked, and organizing sales floor and stock areas.
- Process customer transactions including cash and credit card payments efficiently.
- Address customer refunds in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements and Work Schedule
- Must be willing to work on a roster aligned with retail operating hours.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work schedule includes 6 days on a roster within retail hours from 10am to 10pm, with 1 weekday off per week.
