Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cluster Buyer to assume responsibility for procurement and commercial outcomes across several stores and product categories within our retail sector.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities and supplier relationships
• Oversee pricing strategies and monitor gross profit margins
• Track sales performance and implement improvements
• Plan stock availability and manage replenishment
• Coordinate promotional planning and execute marketing campaigns
• Control aging inventory and minimize dead stock
• Evaluate and manage vendor performance
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Buyer within FMCG retail
• Strong negotiation capabilities coupled with analytical proficiency
• Comprehensive understanding of inventory management and merchandising practices
• Competence in SAP software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
