• Review applications and resumes critically to shortlist qualified applicants.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate compatibility with role requirements.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
• Create and maintain a collaborative and motivating team atmosphere.
• Hold regular team meetings and personalized discussions to resolve issues and align objectives.
• Assess training needs and organize relevant development programs to enhance team capabilities.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary ranging from 25000 to 54000 INR.
