Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven Sales Executive to help grow our business and expand client portfolios within Qatar and the broader region. This role involves discovering new business prospects, nurturing strategic client partnerships, and promoting integrated advertising and influencer marketing services across Trifid Media’s digital platforms and creator networks. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in media sales, digital advertising, influencer marketing, or related fields, and be comfortable working in a fast-moving, target-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned regions and sectors.
Build and sustain a robust pipeline of potential clients through active networking, outreach, referrals, and market analysis.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to boost satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
Promote a variety of media offerings, including influencer marketing campaigns, digital ads, branded content, social media activations, and events.
Create customized proposals and media plans tailored to client goals, budgets, and campaign objectives.
Deliver sales presentations, product demos, and participate in client meetings to highlight company capabilities.
Prepare pricing quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts to meet revenue goals.
Work collaboratively with marketing, content, influencer management, ad operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing analysis and recommendations for improvements post-campaign.
Utilize CRM and reporting tools to track sales activity, pipeline status, and forecast opportunities.
Meet established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Keep up to date on market developments, competitor moves, and innovations in digital advertising and influencer marketing.
Represent Trifid Media at industry events, networking opportunities, exhibitions, and during client interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages is required.
Proven background in sales, business development, account management, or media sales is essential.
Experience in media, advertising, digital marketing, or influencer marketing is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets and KPIs.
Strong skills in customer relationship management and service.
Good understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and trends in digital content.
Experience with creating commercial proposals and delivering tailored client solutions.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
Knowledge of insurance or other service industries is an advantage.
Able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline preferred.
