Role Overview

MS Sportswear is seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator based in Mangaluru, Karnataka. This full-time position reports to the Business Development Manager and requires managing both inbound and outbound client communications. The coordinator will oversee the entire order lifecycle, from design coordination through to delivery, ensuring seamless interaction between internal teams and customers to provide a prompt and professional service experience.

Key Duties

• Maintain continuous communication and coordination with customers.
• Manage creation and approval processes of garment designs.
• Handle order processing thoroughly from receipt to dispatch.
• Monitor production schedules and delivery timelines closely.
• Oversee payment collection and dispatch procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably experienced in the garment or apparel industry.
• Ability to follow up diligently and resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborative team member adept at cross-department coordination.
