Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and driven Sales Manager to lead our expansion in the US IT market. This role involves spearheading new business development initiatives, targeting enterprise clients, and building a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities focused on IT services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement targeted outbound strategies to penetrate enterprise accounts within the US market.
- Manage the initial stages of the sales cycle using data analytics and AI-powered outreach to optimize messaging and secure high-quality meetings.
- Identify and map decision-makers at Director, VP, and CXO levels, qualifying opportunities and partnering with internal experts to develop compelling proposals and accelerate deal progression.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience as a business hunter specifically in the US IT services or solutions sector.
- Demonstrated ability to independently create and nurture a substantial qualified sales pipeline without relying on inbound leads.
- Expertise in multi-channel outbound sales methods, including email campaigns, professional networking, LinkedIn, and events.
- Strong knowledge of IT services, consulting, quality assurance, automation, Salesforce, cloud computing, or AI-enabled engineering.
- A deep curiosity and aptitude for quickly understanding complex technical products and communicating their value to clients.
- Proven success in engaging and managing relationships with senior-level executives including Directors, VPs, and CXOs.
