SAP HR Functional Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP HR Functional Consultant with expertise in SAP HCM modules, particularly Personnel Administration and Organizational Management. The role involves system monitoring, managing incidents, and contributing to DevOps practices. Additionally, the position requires preparing comprehensive functional documentation and supporting various HR processes with a focus on system stability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM)
• Monitor SAP HR systems to ensure optimal performance and availability
• Engage in DevOps activities related to SAP HR system management
• Manage incident resolution and provide timely responses to issues
• Develop and maintain detailed functional documentation relevant to SAP HR modules

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive experience ranging between 6 to 8 years in SAP HR functional roles
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP HCM modules focusing on PA and OM
• Adept at incident management and system monitoring tools related to SAP HR
• Ability to document functional processes clearly and thoroughly
• Graduation degree required to qualify for this role
