Position Summary

• Lead and mentor 2-3 scrum teams within a vertical, guiding them to embrace agile values and practices.
• Advanced expertise in lean and agile philosophies, including values and principles.
• Proficiency with various agile frameworks and associated tools.
• Seeking a self-driven professional at an L4 level with good communication skills, committed to a long-term career as an Agile practitioner.
• Background experience in software development, project/program management, delivery, and business analysis/product ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple scrum, Kanban, or XP teams, championing agile awareness and culture within them.
• Conduct and facilitate all scrum ceremonies, while managing and tracking backlog progress.
• Assist teams and product owners with story writing and organizing requirements effectively.
• Coach teams throughout the Agile adoption journey, selecting appropriate frameworks.
• Assess, recommend, and implement Agile frameworks, tools, and techniques suited to team needs.
• Create and share metrics with teams and stakeholders to ensure transparency and progress visibility.
• Support organizational agile maturity assessments regularly within verticals.
• Identify and remove impediments to enable smooth scrum and iteration cycles.
• Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to provide agile-based solutions for delivery challenges.

Qualifications and Experience

• 7 to 10 years of total IT experience, including roles such as Developer, Tester, or Business Analyst.
• 3 to 4 years of direct experience as a Scrum Master and in agile project management and delivery.
• Preferably from analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence domains.
• Basic knowledge of design thinking and systems thinking preferred.
• Familiarity with tools like Atlassian JIRA, MS Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS SharePoint, Rally, and MS Excel is an advantage.
• Active certifications such as CSM, PSM levels I-III, SAFe, LeSS, or RTE are mandatory.
• Additional agile certifications (Lean Kanban, Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, Disciplined Agile) are favorable.
• Experience working across multiple delivery and business partner teams implementing project management best practices.
• Proficient with productivity software including MS Office and Power BI reports.
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
• Experience in client-facing roles is essential.
