Role Responsibilities

• Offer expert guidance on performance methodologies, data conversion, and the Fund Manager platform to both clients and internal teams.
• Serve as a liaison, cultivating strong relationships with external investment managers, internal client implementation groups, data solution teams, technology and product development partners, and senior leadership during onboarding.
• Lead and support data conversion activities during client onboarding and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate across the implementation group to share best practices, resolve issues, and plan strategically.
• Attend and contribute to internal meetings focused on status updates, due diligence, and problem resolution.
• Manage system configurations and conduct necessary testing.
• Identify and communicate client-specific requests, collaborating with business and IT teams to address them.
• Ensure the organization is operationally ready by partnering with different internal teams.
• Develop and refine implementation standards, procedures, and templates.
• Continuously improve the onboarding process by working jointly with various business units.
• Promptly escalate issues to management when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector, demonstrating deep technical, business, and functional expertise.
• Proactive and self-driven, able to work independently with limited oversight while guiding peers and stakeholders.
• Strong teamwork orientation with excellent collaboration skills.
• Capable of handling multiple projects, enhancing service delivery efficiency and client relationships.
• Advocates for continuous improvement in service quality and workplace engagement.
• Exceptional ability to influence others and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical, facilitation, and presentation capabilities.
• Results-driven, adaptable, and meticulous with a demonstrated sense of urgency.
• Skilled in defining KPIs, creating dashboards, and managing project metrics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledgeable of operational business procedures to improve efficiency through cross-functional coordination.
• Understands institutional investment concepts including market instruments, operational processes, transactional impacts, cash movements, and accrual accounting.
• Familiarity with accounting and reporting such as IBOR, ABOR, and True NAV for accurate data capture.
• Experienced with performance measurement and benchmark utilization.

Educational & Professional Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.).
• Relevant project-based experience supporting complex initiatives.
• Preferred but not required: certifications such as CFA, CIPM, or CAIA.
• Demonstrated skillset in comprehensive communication.
