Job Overview

The Senior Product Manager role focuses on steering the strategy, development, and execution of innovative systems, tools, and business processes critical for INFUSE's future growth. This position bridges strategic vision and technical delivery by converting high-level objectives into tangible and impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with company leadership and departmental heads to shape the vision for impactful new solutions and tools aligned with business objectives.
• Translate high-level strategic goals into concrete product plans that align technology capabilities with organizational priorities.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle including discovery, requirements gathering, launch, integration into workflows, and ongoing refinement.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to maintain clarity, alignment, and transparency throughout project phases.
• Evaluate current business processes, uncover automation possibilities, and deploy effective enhancements.
• Work in close partnership with business analysts, designers, and engineers, and independently handle specific projects or stages as required.

Candidate Requirements

• At least five years of experience as a Product or Project Manager in fast-paced, digital-first or technology-intensive settings with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
• Expertise in analyzing business workflows and spearheading digital transformation and process improvements.
• Strong analytical abilities with a focus on data-informed decision-making.
• Insight into discerning when to build software solutions versus alternative solutions without development.
• Prior experience in creating automation to reduce manual processes and boost efficiency.
• Competence in using no-code or low-code platforms for prototyping and testing product hypotheses.
• Exceptional communication skills, adept at stakeholder management and alignment.
• Highly self-motivated, well-organized, and effective in coordinating work across multiple time zones in a remote setting.
• Fluent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Bonus: Background in Business Analysis is advantageous.
