Site Supervisor

Role Overview

This full-time position based onsite in Sonipat calls for a Site Supervisor to manage and oversee daily activities at construction or project locations. The individual will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, adherence to timelines, and compliance with safety and quality norms.

Primary Duties

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site workers to meet project schedules effectively.
• Liaise closely with project management teams to maintain seamless communication and workflow.
• Monitor adherence to project deadlines while enforcing quality control standards.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and promptly address any on-site challenges.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and all relevant regulations throughout the construction process.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Background in site supervision and project management with at least two years of hands-on experience in construction.
• Solid understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance in construction environments.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities combined with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Competency in multitasking and managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Familiarity with project documentation maintenance and quality assurance procedures.
• Technical credentials such as a degree or certification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
• Experience with AutoCAD is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 25000 and 50000 INR.
