Job Overview
Join iCIMS as a Full Stack Engineer and engage in the exciting field of Natural Language Processing and Artificial Intelligence. You'll play a key role in supporting API services and user interface development for the iCIMS Talent Cloud platform. Your tasks will involve constructing scalable back-end cloud API services along with single-page applications primarily using TypeScript and Node.js. The team is composed of passionate product professionals, data scientists, and software engineers fostering a collaborative environment centered around career growth, engineering excellence, and user experience innovation. The position is remote within Ireland with occasional meetings at the iCIMS office in Dogpatch Labs near Dublin.

Responsibilities
- Develop scalable AI-driven hiring solutions on a global level.
- Independently create, test, and maintain robust user interfaces and RESTful API services using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Work collaboratively within a dynamic and supportive team consisting of Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product Managers.
- Provide mentorship to Associate Software Engineers.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional growth supported by mentors and comprehensive training resources.
Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor's degree in a technological discipline with at least three years of software development experience or have four or more years of software development experience without a degree.
- Expertise in at least one of the following technologies: JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, or React.
- Strong proficiency in test automation and unit testing methodologies.
- Experience with modern Single-Page Application (SPA) architectures and RESTful API design.
- Knowledge and adherence to software engineering best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly and persuasively expressing ideas and information.
