Role overview

In this Solution Engineer role, you will own the technical side of relationships with major enterprise and premium customers. You will work closely with sales teams to support the technical aspects of the sales cycle and help drive product adoption and usage among existing customers. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help shape long-term digital workspace strategies for key accounts.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customer technology decision-makers while promoting Omnissa solutions.
  • Help existing customers realize the full value of their Omnissa products by guiding them to the right resources and keeping them informed about product updates.
  • Provide tailored technical enablement sessions, product update briefings, and roadmap presentations for both new and existing customers.
  • Work with account teams to validate opportunities technically and confirm that proposed solutions align with customer needs; this may include proofs of concept, RFP/RFI responses, solution demos, and technical workshops.
  • Design customer proposals that highlight Omnissa software and services, align with business objectives, and clearly show competitive strengths where relevant.
  • Build deep expertise across Omnissa products and solutions and keep that knowledge current.
  • Support marketing initiatives when needed, including industry events, public speaking, and webinar delivery.
  • Respond to customer product questions and route support-related issues through the appropriate escalation path.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
  • Preferably 3+ years of EUC presales experience, or 5+ years working in EUC as a technology delivery consultant.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, ideally gained in either a customer or partner environment.
  • Hands-on experience with desktop management across platforms such as Windows, macOS, Linux, or ChromeOS.
  • Exposure to mobile device platforms including Android, iOS, and iPadOS.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory and identity and access management systems.
  • Confident, proactive, adaptable, and highly communicative, with a strong interest in EUC technology.
  • Excellent presentation abilities, including the capacity to create and deliver compelling product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Strong listening, reasoning, and objection-handling skills.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience configuring and deploying some of the following solutions: Omnissa Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, Ivanti, SOTI, Omnissa Horizon Cloud, Microsoft AVD/W365, Amazon WorkSpaces Core, or Citrix.

This position is based in Saudi Arabia and is remote. Travel is required up to 30% of the time, including possible travel across Europe and the USA for industry or internal events.
