Job Overview
This role invites professionals with an accounting background to leverage their expertise as a Special Agent within the FBI. Responsibilities
- Design and execute investigations related to federal law violations, cybersecurity breaches, and public safety concerns.
- Utilize discretion, innovation, and adaptability to satisfy the dynamic demands of investigations.
- Develop and sustain effective partnerships with various law enforcement agencies at federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international levels.
- Maintain physical fitness standards essential for performing law enforcement functions efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be a United States citizen.
- Eligibility to obtain and hold a Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance is required.
- Willingness to travel as dictated by operational needs.
- Fulfillment of all FBI Employment Eligibility criteria.
- Possession of at least a bachelor’s degree from a U.S. accredited institution, preferably in accounting, business administration, finance, or forensic accounting.
- Submission of official college transcripts for degree verification.
Compensation
The position offers a salary ranging from $93,749 to $133,200, adjusted based on base pay, locality differences, and availability factors.
