Overview
The State Admin Manager will supervise administrative functions throughout all branches within Telangana, guaranteeing efficient operations, infrastructure preparedness, adherence to legal standards, vendor oversight, and cost efficiency. This position supports growth by promoting operational excellence and effective administration across the state.
Responsibilities
- Supervise administrative activities spanning all branches in Telangana.
- Ensure preventive maintenance, manage assets, and evaluate vendor performance for facilities.
- Coordinate construction and readiness of new branch infrastructure and rollout initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal audit mandates state-wide.
- Oversee state administrative budgets, vendor payments, and optimize utility and other operational costs.
- Lead and manage state-level administrative staff, including contract and support personnel.

Gold Loans form a critical secured lending product category requiring high-volume processing, rapid turnaround, stringent risk controls, accurate valuation, purity verification, and customer trust safeguards. This role is central to ensuring operational discipline and consistency in administration throughout the state’s branch network.
Challenges
- Overseeing administration over multiple districts with geographically scattered branches.
- Delivering infrastructure and expansion projects punctually and within budget.
- Ensuring compliance across varied jurisdictions under statutory and audit requirements.
- Balancing operational effectiveness with cost management.
- Managing relationships and performance of numerous vendors and stakeholders, while maintaining service excellence.
Key Performance Areas
- Branch Operations & Facility Management: Assure smooth administrative functioning, monitor cleaning, security, utilities, and maintenance activities. Implement asset and preventive maintenance programs.
- Branch Expansion & Infrastructure Development: Oversee new site setups, coordinate civil/electrical/interior work and branding initiatives to ensure timely branch launches.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Maintain statutory registers, compile management information reports, address audit findings, and oversee asset life cycles.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage contracts, evaluate service providers, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, Risk, and Procurement.
- Financial Oversight: Administer state admin budgets, process payments, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Leadership: Supervise contract employees, ensure their productivity, and provide guidance to facilitate seamless operations.
