Role Overview

As Upvest advances its growth phase, the Strategy Intern will work closely with the Head of Strategy & Chief of Staff and the executive team, including the CEO, contributing directly to strategic initiatives. This role is pivotal in supporting Upvest's vision to become Europe's foremost investment infrastructure provider by assisting in defining and executing strategy, prioritizing key projects such as international expansion and new business opportunity identification.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Strategy team and cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects from conception to execution.
• Support the organizational strategy development, including managing and integrating OKRs with core business KPIs to ensure aligned decision-making across departments.
• Prepare and contribute to senior leadership presentations, all-hands meetings, and offsite events.
• Engage in cross-functional projects to deepen understanding of Upvest’s products, client base, operations, and banking ecosystem.
• Work alongside senior leadership to facilitate seamless business operations and high-impact strategic initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Completed 1–2 internships in high-growth environments or strategy consulting.
• Exceptional analytical skills to break down complex issues into actionable insights and measurable results.
• Adept at collaborating across teams, managing multiple initiatives, and adapting swiftly to evolving challenges.
• Strong ability to formulate and communicate strategic initiatives with meticulous execution.
• Genuine passion for fintech and a strong desire to revolutionize investment accessibility.
• Based in Berlin with availability for a minimum 4-month commitment.
