Strategy Manager

About the Role

We are currently looking for a Strategy Manager to be part of the Group Strategy team, offering dedicated support to the Vice Chairman's Office. This prominent position provides comprehensive exposure to strategic decision-making at the group level within a diverse business conglomerate.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development of corporate strategies, annual business plans, and periodic strategic reviews across the various Group entities.
• Perform detailed market, industry, and competitor analyses to uncover growth opportunities and strategic insights.
• Create and maintain financial models, assess business cases, and execute profitability, investment, and scenario evaluations.
• Develop executive-level management information systems (MIS), dashboards, and performance reports for monitoring critical business and financial indicators.
• Prepare detailed presentations, briefing materials, and strategic recommendations for senior management and Board consideration.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives by monitoring progress, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with diverse business and functional teams to gather data and support informed decision-making by leadership.
• Handle priority and confidential tasks including benchmarking studies, research assignments, and preparation of executive presentations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in fields such as Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, CEO or Chairman's Office, Business Planning, or Strategic Project management.
• Hold an MBA with a focus on Operations or Strategy from a top-tier institute.
• Demonstrate strong skills in analytics and financial modeling.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving capabilities, stakeholder engagement skills, and clear communication.
