Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently prepare sauna rooms by cleaning and setting up immediately after guest use to ready for the next appointment.
- Manage towel inventory by processing shipments and maintaining the cold towel preparation process.
- Assemble towel bundles and position them conveniently for guest accessibility.
- Warmly welcome and greet all clients as they arrive.
- Assist Sales Associates with various tasks, including sales support and behind-the-scenes duties.
- Address guest questions and conduct studio tours for new visitors.
