Role Summary

The Supply Planner is responsible for overseeing the short-term execution of planned process orders and purchase orders, ensuring seamless production scheduling by day and shift that aligns with finished goods and material inventory targets. Collaborating closely with the Planning Hub, sales, and marketing, the planner contributes to forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and new product introduction timelines. They also coordinate mid- to long-term production capacity planning and act as a vital communication link between operations and the planning hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain weekly production schedules by day and shift using HeiCore Single Client, updating and reporting any changes
• Ensure accuracy of planned process orders and monitor production adherence, escalating scheduling risks
• Manage purchase order call-offs supporting production materials and liaise with material planning and category management to resolve issues
• Work side-by-side with marketing and the planning hub to update master data in HeiCore Single Client
• Optimize production schedules to maximize manufacturing efficiency and coordinate planned downtime with production activities
• Participate actively in plant meetings, including TPM, serving as the central contact for production planning execution
• Facilitate communication and information sharing among stakeholders involved in the S&OP process
• Analyze production and storage capacity data, considering sales history and objectives in capacity planning
• Oversee supply and order scheduling with co-manufacturers
• Consolidate, review, and communicate key performance indicators related to stock levels, stock losses, supplier and production service levels, and overall service standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in demand planning, supply planning, or production planning
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and PowerBI
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of engaging executive stakeholders effectively
• Commitment to workplace safety with knowledge of Life Saving Rules and safety behaviors
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a brewery team environment

Key Relationships

• Reports locally to the Director of Customer Service, Logistics, and Planning
• Coordinates internally with Production, Demand Planning, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Procurement, and Planning Hub teams
• Liaises externally with material suppliers and co-manufacturers
