Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Associate will oversee the entire recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent in accordance with ASMO's strategic business goals. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, this role involves understanding workforce demands, crafting sourcing strategies, and ensuring prompt fulfillment of hiring needs while promoting a positive candidate journey and adhering to company policies and Saudization mandates.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned vacancies starting from requisition approval to onboarding to ensure timely fills.
- Work with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements, shape candidate criteria, and devise recruitment approaches.
- Implement sourcing tactics across various channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, professional groups, agencies, career events, and referrals.
- Proactively cultivate talent pools for challenging-to-fill roles.
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Provide hiring managers with insights on labor market trends, talent accessibility, salary norms, and recruitment best practices.
- Arrange and facilitate interview stages, ensuring swift feedback and thorough stakeholder communication.
- Perform competency-based interviews and participate in panel sessions as needed.
- Draft and negotiate job offers following compensation frameworks and hiring policies.
- Carry out reference checks, background verification, and complete all pre-employment formalities.
- Track recruitment progress, ensuring vacancy fulfillment aligns with defined service standards.
- Maintain collaborations with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other external talent sources for sourcing support.
- Assist in executing internship, graduate development, and Saudization initiatives.
- Create, review, and update job descriptions in consultation with relevant business stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance of all recruitment activities with company standards, regulatory requirements, and Saudization guidelines.
- Utilize recruitment and applicant tracking systems to maintain data accuracy and produce reports.
- Analyze recruitment metrics including open vacancy status, time-to-fill, sourcing efficiency, and offer acceptance rates, preparing dashboards for management.
- Evaluate existing recruitment processes and suggest enhancements to improve operational efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hires.
- Oversee onboarding procedures to promote seamless integration and positive new hire experiences.
- Manage recruitment budgets, processing invoices and ensuring timely payments to vendors and service providers.
- Engage in employer branding efforts and represent ASMO at career fairs, networking events, and university outreach programs.
- Execute additional tasks as delegated by the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Preferred professional qualifications include CIPD, SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certifications.
- Proficiency in English communication, both spoken and written, is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Previous experience of 0 to 3 years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment is expected.
