Technical Product Manager - Network Solutions

About the Role

Our client’s Network Solutions team is looking for a seasoned Technical Product Manager to guide product delivery within payment network solutions. Working collaboratively with Engineering, Architecture, Product Strategy, and Business teams, you will oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation through execution, ensuring scalable and efficient payment network integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle for network and payment integration projects.
• Collect, analyze, and document both business and technical requirements clearly.
• Create and maintain epics, features, user stories, and well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize product backlog utilizing Agile methodologies to drive delivery.
• Coordinate closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to develop robust solutions.
• Lead workshops for requirements gathering, story grooming, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
• Define requirements and interface designs for enterprise-level application integrations.
• Contribute to solution architecture discussions to ensure scalability, performance, and reusability.
• Produce technical documentation such as sequence diagrams, API specs, process workflows, and product guides.
• Oversee product delivery progress, resolve issues, and manage inter-team dependencies.
• Assist with production deployments, troubleshooting, and ongoing product improvements.
• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Skills

• More than 5 years' experience in Technical Product Management or Business Analysis.
• Proven ability to write Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria effectively.
• Experience managing Agile/Scrum product backlogs.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and API integration techniques.
• Background in enterprise application integration and distributed systems.
• Ability to collaborate with Architecture and Engineering teams on technical designs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation expertise.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Payments, FinTech, or Banking sectors.
• Familiarity with ISO 20022 and ISO 8583 messaging standards.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectural patterns.
• Project or Program Management experience is advantageous.
• Understanding of API lifecycle management and integration platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related disciplines preferred.
• Agile/Scrum certifications considered a plus.
