Technical Recruiter (Remote)

Role Overview

This position involves spearheading the development and enhancement of an AI-driven recruitment platform called Zara, aimed at automating the processes of candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement. The candidate will bring strong expertise in machine learning and AI to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver scalable recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and continually improve machine learning models to boost the precision and efficiency of candidate matching within Zara.
• Build and support backend infrastructure that enables natural language processing for tasks such as resume parsing and job description analysis.
• Integrate Zara seamlessly with applicant tracking systems, HR databases, and external job portals utilizing APIs.
• Work alongside data scientists and product developers to refine AI training data and assess performance metrics.
• Ensure all recruitment workflows comply with privacy laws and ethical guidelines for AI usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Comprehensive understanding of natural language processing with experience using libraries such as spaCy or Hugging Face.
• Hands-on experience in developing and deploying scalable AI solutions within production environments.
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container technologies like Docker.
• SQL and NoSQL database expertise for data handling and integration tasks.
• Awareness of ethical AI concepts and methods to mitigate bias in recruitment tools.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and designing microservices architecture.
• Background in creating data pipelines and managing ETL operations.
