About the Role
Afforda Consultants Pvt Ltd is seeking energetic and confident Telecallers to join their team immediately. This opportunity welcomes fresh graduates as well as candidates of all years of passing, including those graduating in 2026. The role demands strong communication abilities and a positive, eager-to-learn attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound phone calls to potential and current customers.
- Clearly and professionally communicate product or service information.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Maintain thorough records of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and nurture relationships.
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient communication skills in English and local language; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Positive demeanor, self-confidence, and willingness to develop new skills.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment and Other Details
The position offers career growth opportunities within a supportive workplace. Work is from the office in Egmore, Chennai, with working days from Monday to Saturday and Sunday fixed as weekly off. Interested candidates can attend the walk-in between 10:30 AM and 4:00 PM at Egmore, near Egmore Museum or Alsa Mall. Immediate joining is required.
