About the Role

Dreams and Degrees Edutech Private Limited is seeking an engaging Telecaller to join their team in Vijayawada. This role primarily involves interacting with students and parents to discuss educational programs and assist with the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage phone calls to prospective students and their parents.
• Provide clear and detailed information about various courses, programs, and admission procedures.
• Offer guidance and counseling tailored to students' interests and career aspirations.
• Maintain thorough records of calls and conduct consistent follow-ups with potential leads.
• Assist and support students throughout their enrollment journey.

Candidate Profile

• Proficient communication skills in Telugu and English are essential.
• Basic proficiency with computer operations.
• Ability to address student questions courteously and professionally.
• Prior experience in counseling or telecalling is advantageous but not mandatory.

Additional Information

Work Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from 15,000 to 45,000 INR.
