Role Summary
The Telemarketer position is a full-time hybrid role based in Siliguri, offering some flexibility to work remotely. The primary responsibility involves making outbound calls to both potential and current customers to introduce Rajoria Energix's solar products, explain features and benefits, and generate qualified sales leads. Additional duties include managing inbound customer inquiries, scheduling appointments for field sales personnel, maintaining detailed CRM records, and following up on leads to advance them along the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to present solar solutions and engage prospective clients.
- Respond courteously to inbound inquiries and provide customer assistance.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and coordinate calendars effectively.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records within the CRM system.
- Follow up on potential leads to ensure progress through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to achieve lead generation and conversion goals.
- Inform customers about financing and subsidy options related to solar products.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for positive client engagement and objection handling.
- Customer service abilities to manage inquiries and ensure a positive experience.
- Sales skills to identify prospects and promote solar energy solutions effectively.
- Appointment scheduling proficiency to coordinate meetings efficiently.
- Comfortable working with phone systems, CRM software, and basic computer applications like email and spreadsheets.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time independently and meeting targets.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer support is preferred, especially in energy or utility sectors.
- Minimum educational qualification is a high school diploma; a graduate degree and fluency in English and regional languages are advantageous.
