Overview

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a Teller to join its Retail Banking team at the Ratlam branch in Madhya Pradesh. This full-time position involves being the initial point of contact for customers while ensuring smooth, efficient branch operations and promoting the bank’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and courtesy.
• Accurately and efficiently handle banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Maintain and reconcile cash drawers, keeping precise transaction records.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Adhere strictly to bank policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Collaborate with branch staff to achieve branch objectives and uphold service standards.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail across all responsibilities.
• Support branch operations during busy periods.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduation in any discipline is required.
• Experience ranging from none up to four years in customer service or cash handling roles.
• Experience within banking or financial services sectors is preferred.
